Terms & Conditions: due to the nature of this product, purchases are final. If you purchased installation on an existing Squarespace website, we’ll do our best to complete installation within 5 business days. There may be rare cases where a backlog will cause delays. If this is the case, we’ll be in touch to keep you updated on progress. We always take precautions to protect your existing site content. But in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, Imagiweb Design cannot be help responsible for any content on your site (including pages, text, or custom code) that gets accidentally deleted or corrupted while we are installing the new template. We recommend backing up your site before installation begins. Even though we won’t be directly changing the content on your existing pages, installing a new template will dramatically change the way those pages look (because of changes to the style settings, CSS, etc.). You may want to password protect your site or put up a cover page during installation.
Imagiweb Design reserves the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event of an installation order being cancelled, we will refund the full amount of the service; however, we will not refund the cost of the template itself.
